Website interfaces aim to give our constituents the ability to register for a fundraising event and raise dollars online in the easiest, clearest manner.

Production Assistant

Updated and designed sections of the SF State website, www.sfsu.edu. Helped with implementing a total redesign of the website through a content management system, IBM Websphere. Built pages and templates that utilized tableless CSS design. Ran web standards checks on and made sure pages were 508-compliant. Photographed faculty and students for both online and print publications.

Graphics Intern

Designed flyers for upcoming events and conferences for email and print. Produced graphical banners for the New America Media website, www.newamericamedia.org. Designed a 10-page report on a US-Peru exchange program.

Xpress Magazine

Art Director

Directed the creative and design aspect of this three-issue magazine for SF State's Spring 2007 semester. Worked with a team consisting of 50 student editors, writers, photographers and designers. Managed a team of eight graphic designers and oversaw the production of the magazine with the printer. Designed and developed the overall look of the magazine closely with the editor-in-chief. Designed articles and the main elements of every issue-cover, table of contents, etc.
